Vrisko Limited
NELLEN represented Magus Research Limited in relation to the acquisition of all of the issued share capital of Vrisko Limited from its founders.
Magus Research Limited specialises in the supply of content and information management products and solutions to FTSE100/250 and Euro Top 500 corporations and professional services organisations.
Magus has extended its reach in the information management market by acquiring Vrisko Limited, a UK software company specialising in integrated information solutions. Vrisko has a particular focus on supplying information solutions to large law firms and banks.
