The REL shares have been made available to employees through a variety of share schemes and via an Employee Share Acquisition Plan (ESAP). NELLEN advised on the overall strategy, the new share structure and on the EBT funding agreements. It also advised on the related corporate issues involving the EBT including the offer letter to shareholders.
